This requirement is for a total of 48 each. gamma ray detector devices of which there are five variations. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). Reason: Parts continuity based on previously produced systems. Justification and Approval (J&A) attached in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) (iv).The applicable NAICS Code is 334516 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
