## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Amplitude Laser, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

**1 EA Item 0002 Description:** Second and fourth harmonic generators for the Powerlite DLS Plus laser? integrated, except when shipping P/N: DS, QS-P QTY:

**1 EA Item 0003 Description:** Wavelength separation package for the Powerlite DLS Plus laser: second or fourth harmonic outputs. Consists of dichroic mirrors and mounts for use with harmonic generators? ships installed in the laser P/N: WSP-3P QTY:

**1 EA Item 0004 Description:** Shipping & handling P/N: Shipping QTY: 1 EA This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
