C-Lift T Series System. This is a hydraulic lifting leg set for the VLFT Transmitter Container. This Lift System will provide ease of transport including loading and unloading from flat-bed trucks. The requesting Code requires a system with a 20 ton lift capacity that can handle the 20'X40'X45'H container size. Additionally, the system must be mobile and integrate with the container to load/unload the container from flat-bed truck without the need for a crane. The lift system must also have an integrated self-leveling capability. Bison Group USA Inc. is the only manufacturer to meet all requirements in combination. They have a unique system design that provides both integration on the container with a self-leveling capability feature. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided.
