## Description

Notice of Contract Award to Manager Tools LLC. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, San Diego, CA award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Manager Tools LLC (CAGE 5J4B6), for purchasing Manager Tools Training to provide the Business and Enterprise Information Systems Division (B&EIS) personnel with the unique method of instructions to our workforce by teaching them effective methods to manage and communicate via one-on-one meetings, large group meetings, email communication and phone conversation.

The intended use of this class is to train our workforce with unique techniques to each attendee that will allow one to "analyze" the behaviors and with confidence know where the other person "sits" on the DISC circle of four different communication styles at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, San Diego, CA.
