Tasks include basic and applied research, studies, and analysis on sensors and payloads; verification of system operational specifications; sustainment support and analysis; software support; conducting operational failure and performance analysis and providing recommendations for correction or system improvement; supporting iterative changes and design updates to mitigate obsolescence; developing prototypes; preparing status reports; developing technical requirements and specifications at the system, subsystem, and component level for ROVs. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 1600 PST on 20 March 2024.
