The NAICS Code is 334220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 8 April 2025. All responses received by 8 April 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
