The requirement consists of the following components: CLIN 0001: Switched 6 LC Filter 150W Assembly 1.5 MHz to 30 MHz Non-reoccuring Engineering (NRE) for development of CLIN 1 Operational Power Test for CLIN 1 CLIN 0002: Switched 6 LC Filter 50W Assembly 30 MHz to 700 MHz NRE for development of CLIN 4 Operational Power Test for CLIN 4 CLIN 0003: Switched 6 LC Filter 50W Assembly 700 MHz to 6000 MHz NRE for development of CLIN 7 Operational Power Test for CLIN 7 The Government intends to negotiate solely with MtronPTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334419 and the size standard is 750 number of employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.dc3n.navy.mil no later than 26 February 2025. All responses received by 26 February 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive environment.
