## Description

In accordance with FAR 5.301, this post award synopsis is to announce the Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion Contract award that was made on 02/20/2024 to a small business, Research Innovations Incorporated, of Alexandria, Virginia, under Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) BAA HR001123S0001, in order to seek advanced methods of cyber security.

This BAA had a closing date for proposals of 27 October 2023 and awards issued against this BAA were executed using full and open competition pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.102(d)(2). The total contract ceiling is $3,359,147.00. The award was issued by the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic at 1 Innovation Drive, Hanahan, SC 29419 by Contracting Officer Blair Walker.
