## Description

The purpose of this contract(s) is to provide streamlined delivery of Electronic Security System (ESS) and Emergency Management System (EMS) service solutions to the warfighter at shore installations worldwide. The scope of this contract covers the entire spectrum of outcomes associated with the full lifecycle of delivery and support of ESS/EMS capabilities.
