This is a pre-solicitation notice in which Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to issue RFP N6523627R0004 for Cryptographic/Cryptologic (Crypto) and Key Management (KM) Systems Engineering and In Service Engineering Activity (ISEA).
