## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) requires support for the design, development, delivery, and sustainment of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Emergency Management System (EMS) solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and various federal agencies. The proposed contract will provide streamlined delivery of ESS and EMS solutions to the warfighter at shore installations worldwide in response to time sensitive, emergent mission and special security program requirements.
