Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the Size Standard is $34 (million dollars). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation portal. All responses received by 16 July 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
