## Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to EMS for Prephix software subscription renewal and support. The Government intends to negotiate solely with EMS under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) due to soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34M.
