Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 24 February 2025. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to William Faulconer at William.a.faulconer.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 24 February 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
