This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 10 January 2025. All responses received by 10 January 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
