As such, only they have the system expertise to complete this repair effort. In addition, only Hose-McCann Communications is qualified to conduct the on-board repairs due to propriety information. If the contract is not awarded to Hose-McCann Communications, the repair effort will not be able to be completed and the Ship will deploy without vital communications. The NAICS Code is 541330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25,500.00. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by July 24, 2024.
