The Government intends to negotiate solely with NGSC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334511 and the size standard is 1,350 number of employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E- Commerce website at https://e-commerce.dc3n.navy.mil no later than 28 May 2024. All responses received by 28 May 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive environment. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
