Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 08/28/2024. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Marcie Wagers at marcia.m.wagers.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 08/28/2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
