This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by June 28, 2024 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Jessica Glisson at jessica.k.glisson.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by June 28, 2024 at 3pm EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
