Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 1:00PM EST, 21 March 2024. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Joseph Norcross at joseph.e.norcross.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 1:00PM EST, 21 March 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
