The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ohio Ordnance Works under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No other comparable simulation weapon is non-functional and available in order to fulfill testing and prototyping requirements. The NAICS Code is 332994 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 23 January 2024. All responses received by 23 January 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
