Tasks will include removing and installing a new battery and battery watering system; removing software and installing latest version for all controllers and recalibrating the unit to restore to full operating condition; testing the unit for all functionality and performance; and demonstrating operation with warehouse personnel. Gregory Poole Lift Systems is the only company that the Government has been able to identify that can successfully perform the repairs. Repairs will be complete by April 2024. The estimated value of this procurement is <$250,000. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for single source. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order.
