## Description

Renewal of SolarWinds Licenses (BRAND NAME) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Brand Name supply for Renewal of SolarWinds Licenses. The proposed contract action is for product for which the Government intends to select the lowesr technically acceptable proposal .
