## Description

Leonardo DRS Brand Name UPS and Battery. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Outboard Cable Cutter Components in accordance with NAVSEA drawings.

Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by JUNE 2, 2026. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the RFQ and drawing will be sent out via Dod Safe to your email. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please submit JCP certifications and any questions to john.m.ngov.civ@us.navy.mil.
