## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure First Aid and CPR with AED Safety Training on a total small business set aside basis. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Please reference the attached RFQ for additional details. All responses must be sent to Brooke Steele at brooke.a.steele3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:30 PM EST on 30 October 2025.
