## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for TACLANE-FLEX Customizable Encryption Platform –1 Gb/s - Single Mode, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
