## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Lake Shore Systems inc OWS MOD KIT, 10 GPM CONVERSION and RETROFIT KIT C016 - 5 GPM on a source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
