## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure eleven(11) Tank Level Switches on a sole source basis from (OEM)Setra Systems Inc (formerly GEMS Sensors Inc). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- l(b).
