## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure on a sole source basis, from American Management Association, to provide an onsite two-day Workshop titled Getting Results Without Authority that will provide training in the below 5 Modules.

**1. Module 1:**

**Personal Power 2. Module 2:**

**Building Your Personal Power Base 3. Module 3:**

**Communication Style 4. Module 4:**

**Persuasion 5. Module 5:** When Conflict Comes Between You and Your Desired Results/Getting Better Results From Negotiation This training will be delivered In-Person to NSWCPD and includes training for up to 25 participants. At the very latest, training must be complete and invoiced before the end of the Fiscal Year (September 30th, 2025). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- l(b).
