The subject requisition is for the purchase of RTI DDS License for the eRM – MPCMS integration for the LCS Freedom Variant Class. This directly supports the Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program and the installation of the enterprise remote monitoring (eRM) system on the LCS 1 variant. NSWCPD will be required to procure an Real-Time Innovations (RTI) “middleware” license to facilitate the communication between the control system (MPCMS) and the eRM unit.
