Code 315 is looking to procure its annual software subscription/licenses for PixEdit, a software produced by Tech Soft USA. PixEdit is the sole producer of this software. This software is not available through another distributor, with the same functionality for editing drawings in support of Code 315 Tasking.

This software is essential for Code 315 updating drawing distribution codes with ISEA guidance, as well as editing and fixing older drawings that are inverted and not readable in NESDR, the Navy’s Engineering Drawing Repository database.
