## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Code 51 has a requirement to procure a cost-effective solution for engineering and technical services required to perform development, modernization, acquisition, deployment and life cycle maintenance for the LCS Classes Machinery Control Consolidated Maintenance System (MCCMS), or “maintenance laptop”.

The MCCMS provides one consolidated system that is utilized by multiple personnel types to troubleshoot, observe, and maintain several machinery systems on board both LCS Variants. This system reduces reliance on original equipment manufacturers, reducing time to support the ship, travel and labor costs, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) impacts. NSWCP seeks to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Quantity, Indefinite-Delivery type Contract. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only.
