Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 09 October 2025. Responses shall list \"N64498-25-RFPREQ-PD-45-0103\" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
