## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Mark IV-E and Mark V CO-H2 Burners from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cepeda Associates, Inc on a sole source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
