## Description

**Amendment 0003 added 17 January 2025 extending RFP closing date to 31 January 2025. **Amendment 0002 added 3 January 2025 extending RFP closing date to 17 January 2025. **Amendment 0001 added 19 December 2024 extending RFP closing date to 3 January 2025.

**1. CONTRACT TYPE:** The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to award an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) supply contract for Digital Voltage Regulator (DVR) Systems.

**2. BASIS OF COMPETITION:** A single FFP, IDIQ contract shall result from this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as Other Than Full and Open Competition with a Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A).

**3. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM:** As referred to in paragraph (b) of FAR clause 52.216-22 “Indefinite-Quantity” of this solicitation, the contract minimum is any one (1) unit. The minimum quantity will be met by issuance of the initial Delivery Order (DO).
