The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation Inc., 1 Allen Bradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 (Rockwell) for the procurement of Wiring Harnesses & Tech Connect materials. The Government intends to make an award in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2025. This is part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified materials.
