## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to have 3 load banks repaired on a Sole Source basis from Magna Power Electronics. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
