## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for PEEK fasteners, part #154315-001, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Material Sciences LLC. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
