## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure two (2) Rugged Science MILAXON 3000 embedded computers (REC MA3001) on a sole source basis from NAG Marine, LLC. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- l(b).
