## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure CO2 testing services for patent-protected SAMMS? sorbent material from Steward Advanced Materials (OEM) on a sole source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
