## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Two Variable Frequency Drives (i.e., RSLinx Classic Single Node MED S/W) that are being installed as part of the VS-50 system from Rockwell Automation (OEM) on a sole source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
