## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC) product from EddyFi. 337, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
