## Description

Solicitation Amendment (0005) Added 5 Aug 2024. The purpose of this amendment is to share answers given by the Technical Code POC with all prospective vendors to questions submitted by contractors IAW FAR 52.214-6. A TECHNICAL VOLUME ALONG WITH OTHER REQUIREMENTS STATED THROUGHOUT THE SOLICITATION, TO INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS ON PAGE 3, MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN VENDOR QUOTES OR THE QUOTE MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
