## Description

AMENDMENT 0003 is to clarify the ISO 9001 certification requirement in Section 3.9 of the Statement of Work (SOW) and open the solicitation to allow vendors time to re-submit quotes. A TECHNICAL VOLUME MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH QUOTES OR THE QUOTE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.

AMENDMENT 0002 Obsolete NAVSEA Clause E-246-W002 is hereby deleted and solicitation response is extended to COB 19 July 2024. AMENDMENT 0001 Solicitation response is extended to COB 18 July 2024. SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL FOURNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFPC) The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) uses nine (9) different types of industrial gases to support different departements.

Gases required range from various standard and mixed grades, which are all crucial in manufacturing fixtures, supporting laboratory test equipment, and maintaining casting requirements during casting pours. A contract to provide these various industrial gases is required to continue manufacturing and testing of current and future products. See attached Statement of Work (SOW), CDRLs, Attachment 1 -Pricing, and solicitaiton for full details.
