## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) intends to procure an Ajax Tocco DC Reactor on a sole source basis from Ajax, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The proposed contraction is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106.
