The Contractor shall maintain and provide subject matter expertise for Navy ECDIS, legacy VMS installed on surface ships, NECDIS or VMS software installed on Ohio, Los Angeles, Seawolf, and Virginia class submarines, SIBS, DDG-51 class IBNS/ IBS, DDG 1000, CG-47 class ISC, LHD ABS, LHD MCS, LHA MCS, NAVDDS, VDR, LPD SCS and LCS Fathometer/Echo-Sounder, LCS Freedom/Independence Integrated Bridge System and Echosounder, FFG 62 class SCS, and DDG X class SCS. Award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman Maritime Systems (NGMS), IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” as only NGMS meets the Government's requirements.
