The Government intends to make an award in the 3rd quarter of FY24. This is part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automation, INC. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
