## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division(NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to provide engineering and technical services required for the design, development, fabrication, test, repair, and fleet implementation of Digital Video Surveillance System (DVSS) that is deployed on DDG Modernization (DDG-M) Backfit and SCN Ships intended for the monitoring of remote or unmanned engineering spaces.

DVSS is also installed on new construction ships (SCN systems) starting with the USS John Finn (DDG 113).. **Note: This was already synopsized on April 16 2024. This is a follow up announcement of the synopsis to inform that the DVSS RFP is intended to be released by 27 November 2024.
