## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Rolls Royce MT30 Gas Turbine Engine Removal tooling on a Sole Source basis from Rolls Royce Marine North America. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
