## Description

The subject requisition is for the NCDS IOC Software Upgrade from VxWorks to Red Hat Linux THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION INTENDS TO PROCURE THESE ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NAVSEA DRAWINGS.

DUE TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS REQUIREMENT, THOSE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING A QUOTE SHALL SUBMIT A COPY OF THE DD FORM 2345 JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL TO jillian.randazzo.civ@us.navy.mil BY 03 September 2024. UPON RECEIPT OF THE JCP CERTIFICATION A SEPARATE EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH THE DRAWINGS TO THE EMAIL LISTED POINT OF CONTACT. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FIRM FIXED PRICE.
